Returns and Exchanges
We are pleased to have you as a Rennie & Rose customer and hope our merchandise meets your complete satisfaction. If
you need to return an item, please note the following:
- All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging. Refunds and replacements will be granted only for items that meet these criteria.
- All returned items must be sent to Rennie & Rose within 30 days of order receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned items.
- Cut yardage items are not eligible for return or refund.
