Return Policy

Retail Customers

We are pleased to have you as a Rennie & Rose customer and hope our merchandise meets your complete satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please note the following:

All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging. Refunds and replacements will be granted only for items that meet these criteria.

All returned items must be sent to Rennie & Rose within 30 days of order receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned items.

Cut yardage items are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order is incorrect, damaged or missing items, please contact Customer Service at 413-445-5856 or email at info@rrdesigngroup.com and we will happily arrange an exchange or credit.

Shipping Policy

Retail Customers

Free ground shipping on orders $99 and over. Orders under $99 will have a $9.95 flat shipping fee (shipped standard ground UPS or USPS). These rates are available only on orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.

Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS. Canadian customers are responsible for paying all import duties/GST/VAT and any fees associated with returning product to the U.S.
